We filmed this video on a beautiful day right here in Smithfield at the Neuse River Amphitheatre, one of our favorite local spots! It’s the same place the town hosts firework shows and all kinds of community events throughout the year. It felt like the perfect backdrop to break down this important (but often confusing) part of the homebuying process.
