To everyone visiting PearlTucker.com for the first time, WELCOME and seriously, thank you for being here!
I’ve wanted to create a website like this for a long time. Not just another real estate page with stock photos of people shaking hands in front of houses they definitely cannot afford in real life, but something that actually feels personal, useful, and connected to the Raleigh area and the people who live here.
Real estate is obviously a huge part of my life, but so is community. Some of my favorite conversations have nothing to do with contracts or square footage. They happen in coffee shops, at local restaurants, during showings, at school events, or while driving through neighborhoods talking about how fast this area is growing and changing.
That’s really what inspired this website.
If you’ve watched my videos on YouTube at @PearlTuckerRealtor, then you already know I like to keep things honest and conversational. I’m not here to pretend every house is “luxury,” every gray wall is “modern elegance,” or every tiny backyard is a “private outdoor oasis.” Sometimes a house is just a really solid house in a great location with a weirdly aggressive HOA and excellent taco options nearby. And honestly, that’s okay.
Buying or selling a home is already stressful enough. My goal has always been to make the process feel less intimidating and more human. I want people to feel comfortable asking questions, learning the market, and understanding what’s actually happening without feeling pressured or overwhelmed.
So this website is going to be a little bit of everything. Real estate updates, home tours, local businesses, neighborhood spotlights, homeowner tips, behind-the-scenes moments, and probably the occasional rant about Raleigh traffic or construction cones appearing overnight like they’re part of a government science experiment.
More than anything, I hope this becomes a place people actually enjoy checking in on from time to time, even if they’re not actively buying or selling a home.
This is still the beginning, and I’m genuinely excited to see where it goes from here.
Thank you again for supporting me, my family, and this new chapter. It truly means a lot.
